Neue Westfaelische relies on Buehrle

Within a SAP EC-CS implementation the media group Neue Westfaelische, among other activities the publisher of the daily newspaper of the same name, has introduced the automatic corporate cash flow report. Due to outstanding knowledge about financial consolidation procedures, the SAP-Software and the respective corporate reporting the project has been realized by the highly motivated team to the complete satisfaction of the customer. Positive results: The consolidation frequency has been increased, the pre systems have been integrated and the three main components of the corporate financial statements - group balance sheet, group profit and loss statement and the corporate cash flow statement - can be produced on the push of a button directly from the EC-CS - system within the EC-CS drilldown reporting.

As from now workshops specially designed to customers requirements in small circles are being offered, inhouse optional. Within these workshops not only complete overviews of contents and the preparation of corporate cash flow statements will be developed but as well company specific requirements and solution proposals will be discussed and provided. Optimization of the Control Account

The control account, which is integrated in the automatic corporate cash flow statement, has been enhanced significantly. The control account additionally offers now a drilldown option to the respective consolidation unit and the financial statement account group in which the discrepancy has occurred. This control guarantees data consistency and makes it very easy to remove reconciliation problems and to accelerate closing operations considerably.
